In the same way, as a Worship Leader, you need a process for your how you grow your worship team. And if you neglect any step in the process your team may not grow to it’s full potential either.
Your Process for Worship Team Growth this Fall
I have found that the Fall is almost always the biggest time of year for your team to grow. Last Fall our worship team in NYC added over 65 new people to the team… in just one day through a BIG DAY OF AUDITIONS.
